We're still dealing with the Mars-Jupiter-Node T-Square right now (and will be for another couple weeks), which can add a lot of intensity to what might seem like normal events. One thing in isolation isn't much to deal with, but when you start to combine them, you're dealing with problems in magnitude. That can lead to stress, and where this transit is worrisome is that people, in an effort to get through it all, start trying to take some shortcuts, and that can lead to some bad habits.

As you make decisions going through the day, you have to be mindful of the "habitual" aspects of them. You might not notice in the moment, but you are presently laying a path for the future with the things you're doing now. Are you going down a productive road, or are you sowing your own seeds for future hassles and problems? So keep in mind the long-term as you make decisions. Doing something unenjoyable or difficult now can really end up having a significant impact on you later on down the line, and could end up being the very foundation of positive growth you'll end up making. This isn't a good time to be making firm, long-term commitments because it will really limit your options down the road. You have to be careful what you're doing too, because many of your in-the-moment decisions can start to back you into a corner, where it seems like there aren't many viable routes you can take. Some of this is mental - you can be too quick to cast certain things off, due to a highly critical nature. In order to keep some wiggle room, you might have to accept certain things for what they are and deal with some inconveniences.
