The current theme of the chart is growth. Growth usually comes easiest through challenges, and those will definitely exist, especially when it comes to trying to get what you want. But often you'll push for things you think you want, but as you close in, discover that they weren't all they were cracked up to be. That's definitely something that can happen here.

Outside of that though, it's going to be the transitions to what we want to do next where we'll tend to grow the most. For many, it's accepting the intended path. It's like if the universe consistently puts you in similar situations, and you excel at them, you might as well take advantage of it. You might not end up doing the things you thought you were going to do long-term, but the pieces fall into place now and you're going to be much more willing to take advantage of favorable situations. In many ways, this is all about being your best, doing the things you do best, and figuring out how you can extract some enjoyment out of it later on (which will come a bit easier once you've reflected on what you're doing). Finding the passion to do things today can be a little bit of a chore, as you need a little engagement with what you're doing to keep your energy levels elevated. The trick will be to see the long-term benefits of things and how it impacts your future. Having others who are invested in the same things you are will be a massive help. When you don't have that excitement building internally, you'll still be able to feed off of what others feel and think about it, and if they're positive about what you're doing, you can roll based of that.
