Daily Horoscope for Cancer Summary

Happy New Year!

The things you need to do in order to get ahead will be at the top of your mind today. This makes it a little easier to get down to them, even though that's not going to be a given; many people can find ways to talk themselves out of doing what's necessary, even if it seems obvious that doing something will be beneficial. So the primary goal for today is to find ways to get motivated and put things into action. Once you've started, a lot of it will seem to take care of itself.

Outside of that, we have a lot of planets clustered together in Capricorn and Aquarius and this is going to set the tone for what we're experiencing day-to-day. Much will exist on the mental plane - we're going to be trying to figure out what we want, what we'll accept and settle for, but also what ways we're going to go about obtaining it. A lot of this energy is about bridging the present to the future, so if you can make those connections and put together a path of steps to get from A to B, you're going to be making the most of each opportunity. Best of luck.

The Daily Horoscope for Cancer

Much of this energy is about keeping an eye on what you want for the future. However, you might only need to be maintaining the path that you're on and not doing anything too flashy that might cause you to put things in jeopardy. It's a good idea to link up with others who are looking for similar things, because you can form some effective teams to get things done. Others can also be supportive of you when they aren't directly involved and may offer important advice on how you should look at things.

Daily Tao

People do not fear death
How can they be threatened with death?
If people are made to constantly fear death
Then those who act unlawfully
I can capture and kill them
Who would dare?
There exists a master executioner that kills
If we substitute for the master executioner to kill
It is like substituting for the great carpenter to cut
Those who substitute for the great carpenter to cut
It is rare that they do not hurt their own hands
