These types of transits tend to signify fresh starts on things, which can be exciting if you look forward to them. Group interactions can be a little bit awkward, especially if people are being stubborn about things. You're going to need to overcome that yourself if you want to push things forward. The key there is finding common ground and goals everyone can pursue together. Even if you are all only heading towards one checkpoint on the way, it's still going to end up benefitting everyone. With that said, if you're doing things that require assistance, you might need to get multiple groups of people to help you through various portions because not everyone will be able to commit to your whole endeavor.
