The energy causes people to be complacent about things they need to do, leading to procrastination - it's always easier to do the thing you want to do over the thing you should do. With no apparent sense of urgency, a lot of things tend to hang in limbo here.

Staying disciplined and doing the things you should do are often simple, as long as you have the willpower, so as you go through the day, reinforce to yourself that you do have the power within.
