If your relationships are strained by things going on, work on those relationships, have discussions with others, make the focus on events instead of perceived grudges.

Regardless of what happens, find ways to make the most of it. This energy tends to dump on people who just accept whatever happens, and rewards those who find opportunities in spots that look like there aren't any there.
