Nothing brings people together quite like rallying against a common enemy. The current energy has that vibe, where you can end up in discussions with others complaining about the same things and finding a strengthening bond along the way. There's the "group" therapy aspect to it, where just getting things off your chest and venting makes it easier to deal with situations. You might find along the way that you have some unlikely allies here as well, which can add support to the choices you're making and up your confidence in standing behind those choices.

The big goal today is to acknowledge the current problems you're dealing with and being honest about them, both to yourself and to others. Identifying something as a problem gives you the ability to try and deal with it. Don't set out to fix everything right now - that might be a little daunting - but at least lay the groundwork so that you can knock out chunks from your to-do list. That might give others pause to an extent if something might end up being too big of a burden for you to deal with. Solid rationale can get you out of some scenarios that are too much for you, but you do need to be careful that you aren't just looking for excuses. You should be trying to scale down things you can't handle so you can build up to them, rather than avoiding them completely.
