A lot of how challenging situations turn out is really down to how we respond to things. Are we understanding? Are we adaptive or willing to learn constructive lessons from what's occurred? On the flipside, are we handling things poorly, blaming others or bringing additional animosity into the whole mix? These are often what really determines our perspective and assessment of what's gone on.

While the energy can tend to give us some pathways today out of challenging situations, it's still on us to handle them in the best ways we can. The energy is going to make people more prone to getting angry about things and that's the type of energy that can snowball. It's impulse (and rarely well thought out), but you can still take the high road. Letting your rage build up here is a decision, and being better than that is a different decision. Many of the things you'll deal with here will need more nuance than you're used to. If you come in heavy handed, you're likely to overlook the real reasons and details causing problems or essential aspects that cause everything to work the way they're supposed to.
