If you're the one paying attention, it sets you up for a good level of success right now. Simply remembering something from a conversation can set you up to be lauded like some kind of hero at times. Worst case, you can save a lot of headaches just by staying focused, locking in on details and preparing for what you're supposed to do.
While the conversational and planning aspects can be rougher, this energy is much better for picking out new objectives and looking to pick up new items. We can put a lot more mental effort into thinking about the specifics of what we want. The energy is good about letting us be selective here, where we can be patient and wait for something ideal, or dig through a ton of options for the best one. There's more potential for coming away from our efforts satisfied too, so if there's anything that seems appealing to you, this is the time to scout for it. Best of luck.

The current energy carries a stronger sense of stability to it. It's still going to push you towards areas where you stand to grow, but the stabilizing forces will be such that you root yourself in an area first, then you expand upon what you can do there. There's also a stronger sense of self-awareness too, so you're more likely to realize little things that you're doing. If they're things you don't like, you can make adjustments - for things you do like, you can put more effort into emphasizing them.
