Daily Horoscope for Capricorn Summary

Mars is retro. Mercury goes retro on Friday. Saturn goes retro in a couple of weeks. Fun times. For right now, it's going to be tough to get motivated. Because the Sun and Pluto are interacting (along with Saturn), we're going to fully know what it is that we “should” do, but what are we “going” to do? It's holiday time. People are going to slack off a little bit. They can play the “I have to buy presents” card or the “I have to get ready for this” card. But when it comes down to it, it's more about people wanting to take the easy road. Mars retro requires that we develop our own internal motivations for doing the things we have to do. We can't do it for the missus or for the kids or for team. We have to do things because we want to. And right now, that's not a very easy thing to do.

To work the Sun-Pluto-Saturn energy into the mix, we all know there are certain elements of our lives that can't stay as they are if we are going to be happy in the long term. What you will see though is that the Universe isn't really going to adapt to your personal time schedule. You're going to want to see progress in the things you're doing to get ahead. The Universe is working slower than you can pick up on right now. What this might cause some to do is “abandon faith” and revert to old, less desirable practices. If there's a time where you need to hold strong and keep fighting the good fight, this would be it. Just remember that it's not going to be easy. The battle is a mental one here. Find ways to stay motivated and do what you have to do. Best of luck.

Personal relationships can have this “me vs. you” vibe to them, where you can frequently have this idea in the back of your mind that analyzes who is carrying more power. Keep in mind that the other person probably has no idea this is going on, so any damage you incur on this front is probably self-inflicted. You should stop with the comparisons between you and others; of course telling you this is easy, but implementing it will be the hard part. It's important that you don't start a cycle where you're in testy situations with the people around you because the overall energy will make it tough to reconnect after a fight.
