The energy is getting rather intense as we head into the weekend. For starters, we've got a number of connections brewing, with Mercury and Neptune hooked up, along with Venus and Saturn, both on the positive end of things, while Mercury, Uranus and Pluto are all forming a T-Square. This can change the parameters of situations very quickly. Let's break it down.

The Mercury elements of things highlight your conversations, which means most of the news you'll get will come verbally or through e-mail. Others will be highly involved as well, in the position of delivering such news.

Venus and Saturn key in on responsibilities and the things you derive from them. So you might have new things to take care of at work. Some of your job descriptions might be shifting, or along similar lines, if you're in a new relationship, you will have to use this time to adapt to spending more time with that someone, and less doing other things you were used to.

This leads us to the T-Square (the real crux of things). At its core, this energy will create challenges you might not have been ready for. Some of the developments that occur right now can certainly make your life a little more difficult (if not interesting). At the same time, these challenges will push you to points that you needed to get stronger, so you can show off traits you've wanted to exhibit. On one hand you'll end up with more to do, but on the other, this can be a hardcore proving ground to show that you belong in certain positions. Deep down, you can be changing as a person, as everyone does.
