Daily Horoscope for Capricorn Summary

Two big things to keep in consideration for today: The first is the retrograde nature of the energy. We've got Mercury retrograde up through Friday, and this is going to tend to take us back into the past. Many of us will tend to reminisce about the good times, the dreams we've had, the experiences that did happen, what we would've preferred to change and what instead has stayed the same. For some of us, we can redevelop old habits we might've thought we'd conquered along the way. For others, it becomes too tough to deal with the present while immersed in these fantasies based in the past. It's important to address the past, but in the sense of "How is this going to affect my future?" You can't fall into the trap of rewriting the past (within the mind) because this isn't possible. It turns into empty wishing and you never make actual progress. Focus on where you're heading and deal with things in the present, but also remember to learn from past mistakes.

On the flipside, we've also got a Mars-Saturn aspect heating up that is going to be active all week. For many, this is going to mean there is just too much to do and not enough time to do it. You're going to have to prioritize your activities, and you're certainly going to have to avoid stalling or wasting time when you could be productive. When you aren't doing something you're supposed to, you're only eliminating the possibility to do the things you want to do (or conversely, not accomplishing your responsibilities and having to deal with the consequences that brings). It can lead to some marathon days to be sure, but you have to do your best to keep up. Focus on being efficient, and above all, treat time as your greatest resource. Everything this week boils down to time and how much of it you have. If you take care of that time and value it, you'll be much better off in the grand scheme of things. Best of luck.
