We always talk about striving to achieve the best that you can. It's pretty much one of the most important keys to life there is; when you're giving it your all, things turn out better than when you aren't. However, we're entering a Mars retro cycle, and this can mess with our motivating forces. There might be less pressure all around, but what is going to push you to do your best? That's a question that needs answering.

The bright side of this is you don't have to figure it all out right away. You might be conflicted when it comes to what you're passionate about, but this is a time to explore new things and discover what it is you like, and to the same extent, what you no longer enjoy as much. You might not feel the external urgency to do things with as much intensity as you're used to, so you need to develop self-motivated reasons for doing such things.

Perhaps the biggest problems that can arise though will deal with emotions. If you can keep your cool, you can avoid this, but people might become more impulsive, almost as a defense mechanism against not knowing what to do. So don't jump to conclusions, and let things play out as they will. The more you take in, the better your assessments of situations will be and the better the you'll do overall. Acting on the first impulse is generally only going to create unneeded drama. Best of luck.

This energy might leave you feeling confined at times as you won't feel as comfortable venturing out into new territory. It might also leave you in situations where you make the same choices over and over, simply because you feel comfortable with the way things are currently set up.
