There can be a little more hostility in the air at times as we head into the new week, simply because people are going through the process of figuring out what it is they really want. It’s going to be up to you to find ways to temper the emotional side of things, because we’re going to be prone to these surges that often lead to us to internalize our frustrations. This can lead to a great deal of stress and torment, so look for cathartic releases to get everything out of your system.

Above all, you have to realize the biggest thing you can do to lessen the tension is to learn to let things go. Some battles aren’t so important that you work yourself up in a tizzy. Deep down, people will want to fight the good fight, but sometimes is better just to walk away and make things less important.

There can also tend to be male vs. female issues that arise right now as well, so it’s important not to push things to extremes in spousal relationships. Remember that often this energy will bring certain issues to the forefront so that things can be dealt with. It might be more difficult to achieve a level of harmony, but if you work at it, you can put issues aside and improve your relationships. Best of luck.
