The energy is really keying in on our relationships at the moment and this can create some pretty intense situations with the people around us. Minor disagreements might seem like they are bigger in nature, and it's easier to let things run away with themselves. There's also going to be more difficulties when it comes to getting work done, in aligning resources the right way and making sure everyone is on the same page. If someone falls out of line, it can screw the process up for everyone. This is going to make communication crucial, but it's also necessary to recognize when people are doing all that they can.

All is not bad though. You're going to find that things generally get easier to deal with once things are in motion. People are more likely to become upset by the prospects of what might happen, rather than the way events are actually unfolding. Are the things to be most troubled by part of your imagination? If so, you might need to take a step back for a second and wait until the wheels are actually turning before you cast your final judgment. It's easy to get worked up over nothing, so don't. Don't freak out until trouble actually arrives and you should find that things are moving along as they are supposed to. Best of luck.
