Urgency is going to sift into everything we do today, and part of the reason for this is because so many things are going to seem like a good idea. It will be a lot easier to see the upside in anything new or different. That doesn't mean things are going to be better though, and this is a fact you need to keep in mind.

People are going to have a tendency to fixate on matters and not let them go. Anything that is perceived to be problematic needs to be fixed, right away, or else you can feel uncomfortable. The problem is this is going to push people towards knee-jerk reactions, which lead to outcomes that are rushed, not well-thought out, and might end up worse in the long run. The key is to maintain control of your aggression. You don't want to become overly passive, because you'll only watch people pass you by (and you can have lingering resentment about this over time). But you can't rush into new situations without getting a lay of the land first. The people who will do the best right now are those who are ready for action at all times, but actively waiting for a good time to jump in. Don't be too patient, don't be too aggressive, find the middle ground. Best of luck.

In order to gain the trust of others, you're willing to do just about anything. But the thing you need to watch out for most of all is that you aren't doing anything to upset established systems in your life. There's a fine line to realize when you should be taking care of something, and when you're better off deferring to someone with more knowledge. When you do take the lead though, you will at least have a strengthened work ethic to fall back on.
