Career-related situations can hit a speed bump today, so you're going to want to be careful about which buttons you push and what you're striving to achieve. The harder you fight, the more resistance you're likely to encounter. This is going to make it a poor time to try initializing new projects or anything that involves large-scale changes. These things are possible to achieve, but you're going to have to go through a lot more hoops than you normally would.

It's also going to be more difficult to dig up the information you need to be successful. People can be withholding of such knowledge, so you can't really get the jump on any major changes. This leaves us in a position where we have to feel our way through things in order to get an accurate assessment of what's going on.

Such energy lines us up to remain static for the time being. You want to try and learn as much about what's going on as you can. Even if you aren't necessarily moving forward, you can still do the appropriate amount of prep work so that when the time comes to take action, you're ready to get things moving. This should be the goal for the day, to set yourself up in the best possible way and to get all of your ducks in a row. Plan for what comes next, and you'll be in prime position to make a more substantial impact in the days ahead. Best of luck.

The end-goal for today might be to reduce your overall workload, though if you can make work vanish into thin air, you're probably going to end up looking for someone else to do things for you. This can be harder to come by because you aren't going to be as willing to make concessions as you normally would. But you can't have your cake and eat it too. Ultimately, you'll have to make decisions on whether you desire control over what's done or leaving things in others' hands.
