Tensions can be elevated, often as a result of things that can build up over time. This is important to realize, because we all have the ability to say things today that can create some major problems for us down the road, especially when it comes to career. This is when people are going to have that impulse to walk around telling people how they really feel, and how they really feel isn't going to be accepted. So you need to be careful, because it only takes one emotional outburst to throw a wrench into everything.

At the same time, it's also important that you keep an open ear on important matters because you might respond to criticism harshly, when it's the problems being presented that are the real enemy. Snapping on someone else leads to situations where ongoing problems don't get dealt with and everything gets lost in the blame-game. This doesn't lead to anything resembling progress. So know when you've done something wrong, and look within for the answers to change, and when someone else is at fault, come to them in a civil manner and don't let the emotional swell diminish the message that needs to be conveyed. It's still rough waters, but you have to be more diplomatic in your approach to everything around you if you're going to navigate them successfully. Best of luck.

Too much emphasis can be placed on time right now, as many of the things that need to be done aren't going to be as time-intensive as you may think. Still, you might feel compelled to rush things along, because you aren't going to feel comfortable until all of the loose ends are tied up. The problem is that you might not be giving people ample time to do what they need to do (even if under reasonable settings they would have it), and in rushing them along, you cause them to create problems. So do your best to be patient, and understand when something really needs to be handled with urgency.
