It’s going to be important that you check any schedules you’re operating under today, as there can be delays that impact how things come along. A big thing is to be upfront about the way you communicate things to others; if you try to hide what’s going on behind the scenes, things can be more prone to blowing up, leaving you with a mess you can’t talk your way out of. If you keep others in the loop, then at least they might be able to make adjustments on their end.
