In some ways, the current energy is a bit of a mental reset. It will have its tricky elements though. The Sun and Neptune are going to connect, and this can distort the way people see what's going on around them. Neptune can cause everything to appear very dramatic and extreme. The reality is most things aren't going to be. It's when you buy into these perceptions that things will tend to unravel. It's the people who feel like things are slipping out of their control that will tend to overreact - then things will really slip out of their control. This makes seeing things in the proper light very important. Don't overemphasize or overanalyze things going on around you.

At the same time, this energy can work out well for us in career aspects because we'll better communicate what we want, what we expect, and what we need to happen to obtain it. People aren't going to sugarcoat things when there's problems. When dealing with career elements, we can look at things with the necessary level of realism.

Venus and Uranus also connect here, which can bring some practicality back to our relationships. This doesn't mean we're going to get along with everyone, but we'll tend to get along with the people who see things our ways. Those who don't will tend to fall back into diminished roles in our lives. There can be disagreements when people are on opposite sides, but because we'll tend to avoid those kind of people, it makes it easier to forge ahead with those of common mind. A lot of the group related activities we can participate will be much more productive because we're chasing the same goals and the people involved can pull together.

Overall, there can be some bumps along the way, but if you can keep a proper mindset and find good squads to work with, things can turn out pretty good here. Best of luck.

It's going to be easy to talk the talk, but you can struggle a bit at times to walk the walk. What you want to avoid doing here is making ironclad commitments or promises to others that you'll have a hard time backing up. Sometimes you might think you can pull something off, but if you set expectations with others lower, you can still give yourself some leeway if things don't turn out as well as you hoped. In a lot of ways, it's not about what you do here, as much as it is did you surpass what others expected out of you.
