Hey Moon-Dogs...
The big thing with today's charts is that we have a Mercury and Mars planetary eclipse (occultation) taking place... Everybody knows how powerful the Solar and Lunar eclipses are because they rock us both mentally and emotionally... (as well as setting the wheels of change into motion)... But planetary eclipses can be just as powerful... (perhaps even more sometimes)... Because they are focused on very specific areas of our lives/charts... Work with me on this...
Mercury (☿) is the Messenger... And right now, it is racing up ahead of the Sun... When that happens, it loses focus and gets "forgetful" or instead of delivering the message as instructed, it can "interpret" or modify the message in some way... Perhaps adding to it, or taking parts of it away... Just like a kid that says "Mom said you better knock it off or else ummm... ummm..." and then adds their own part to it... hehe... Trackin' with me on this?...
Mars (♂) sometimes just doesn't care what happens, as long as something does... You can imagine it like a bunch of kids that had too much sugar on a rainy day and were nearly bouncing off the walls... (drivin' the parents wacky)... "Why don't you guys go outside and play in traffic fercrissakes"... Hehe... With Mars, the intensity is so great that actions happen without giving any real thought or concern about what may happen as a result.
When we put these two planet together, it can be an accident waiting to happen... Especially in the Mercury areas of communication and transportation... It can cause people to say and do things that they may later regret... Or cause others to challenge us "just for sport" or when they are lookin' to start an argument just so they can blow off some steam or vent their frustrations... And lastly it can cause some to act upon temptations they normally wouldn't even consider.
I'd suggest taking things rather slowly and in a controlled way today... This is when knowing what the chart is indicating can really prove to be a godsend for us... It helps us to avoid those goofy events that should never have happened in the first place.
