Daily Horoscope for Capricorn Summary

Geeshka, we have 7 planets that are currently retrograde... Mercury, Saturn, Lilith, Pluto, Neptune, Chiron and Uranus... I'm here to tell you that is a lot of backwards movement for sure!!... And surely we're seeing the results of that energy when you listen to the news... It's madness for sure... And surely there has to be a damn good reason for it too.

Saturn has a stern fatherly kind of vibe to it... Saturn's energy tends to be serious and focused on getting us positive results for our efforts... But when it's retrograde, the vibe can change to wanting to throw caution to the wind and instead of having solid action plans and objectives, it can choose to try to "wing it".

Neptune's energy is there to show us the higher paths... It helps us to tune into the higher frequencies of love and life and the spiritual realm... But when Neptune is retro, it gets a little wonky... Sorta-kinda like someone who's had a little too much to drink... Where they think they're making total sense but sounds like slurred gibberish to everybody else... And when Neptune is retro, it makes the effects of any kind of drugs or alcohol more powerful too.

Pluto's job is to be the planet of transformation... To take matters from an "idea" to "completion"... Much like a "new beginning" and factors strongly in conception too... But when Pluto goes retro, it tends to blur the lines between black and white into a gray making it easy to justify "taking the easy way out" or to adopt an "the ends justify the means" kind of mentality.

Uranus is the planet that serves as the catalyst for changes... It wants action... Lots of it... It could care less about the outcomes, it just wants to see movement... When Uranus is retro, rather than being focused on expansion and growth, it's energies are directed towards tearing things down even if there is nothing better or whether or not it has the means to replace it with something better.

I could go on and on about this... But you get the idea... We all know Mercury retrograde problems because they tend to hit us hard and fast and tend to be more personal in nature... The outer planets are there to help us focus on the Big Picture... This current chart reminds me of when I was a kid and my parents would warn us to "settle down, because someone could end up getting hurt" when we were getting too wild... And sure enough, someone would get hurt or something would get broken.

My own idea right now is to take things very slow and steady... To question what is happening and why... Do the stories make sense?... Can we believe what we are being told?... Are there hidden agenda's in the actions of others?... It's not about being negative or paranoid, but to try to see things as if we were looking at what is happening from a much higher elevation so we can see the cause and effects in motion without the blurred qualities of the retrogrades... And when we do that, amazing things can happen... We can be the ones that make a difference in the lives of others just by being more aware of their circumstances.
