Daily Horoscope for Capricorn Summary

Today's energy gives us a little bit of an opportunity to digest what's going on around us. There are a bunch of connections, but most of them are on the fringes and not too potent for now. Things will get a little more intense as the week moves on and Mercury backs up into Mars, which can make things little but more animated at times with our discussions and handling of things.

With this in mind, today's a good day to get ready for all of that. You'll do a better job tomorrow if you prepare today. If you have things that need to be discussed with others, today's a good day to do that. If you have to do research on anything, or get things in order, today's also the right day for that. Later on in the week can be more of a whirlwind that operates at a high pace, so you might want to conserve energy for that as well. If you think you've been working too hard lately it might be time to take a small break and refocus on what comes next. Best of luck.

The Daily Horoscope for Capricorn

The more disheveled you look today, the more others are going to think something is up. This makes putting a little extra time into your appearance more important. At the same time, you might have an inclination that negative incidents can garner sympathy from others, but they're more likely to be wrapped up in their own issues and not take notice of yours. It's better to fight through any adversity. Ultimately you'll be judged more on success or failure and not so much on how you got there, so don't be afraid to try new things if you think it'll get the job done.

Today's Astrology Quote of the Day:
The stars above govern our condition...
He follows that with... I was born sir, when the Crab was ascending: all my affairs go backwards.

Daily Tao

When it is peaceful, it is easy to maintain
When it shows no signs, it is easy to plan
When it is fragile, it is easy to break
When it is small, it is easy to scatter
Act on it when it has not yet begun
Treat it when it is not yet chaotic
A tree thick enough to embrace
Grows from the tiny sapling
A tower of nine levels
Starts from the dirt heap
A journey of a thousand miles
Begins beneath the feet

The one who meddles will fail
The one who grasps will lose
Therefore, sages do not meddle and thus do not fail
They do not grasp and thus do not lose

People, in handling affairs
Often come close to completion and fail
If they are as careful in the end as the beginning
Then they would have no failure

Therefore, sages desire not to desire
They do not value goods that are hard to acquire
They learn to unlearn
To redeem the fault of the people
To assist the nature of all things
Without daring to meddle
