If you can rise to the challenge, it's the kind of time where you can make some really big personal gains, both in a career sense but also in a relationship sense as well. The energy will make it easier for you to open up to others and let them know what you're thinking. It's also going to improve the way you interpret things going on around you. When events occur in your life, you will tend to see them through the proper perspective and gain an understanding of why things have happened the way they did.

This energy is good for planning and building teams with other people. You might need to step outside from time to time though to get your own orders in affairs first though. Others can be looking at you to set the example for what needs to get done, but if you're distracted or let other things get to you, everyone can come undone quickly. You might have an aversion to dealing with stressful situations, but you'll do far better when you just get them over with and move on to what's next.
