If things are important to you, then you're going to want to stay on top of them, and the people that you need to help you out along these lines.
For today, we also have Mercury conflicting with Uranus, which puts even more strain on the communications aspect of life, and can have a wonky effect on people's schedules and on electronic items as well. Having a bit of patience can go a long way, as can making sure you give yourself ample time to get different things done. Don't expect things to go smoothly, but if you have wiggle room, you can adapt and thrive. It's the people that go into the day playing catch-up that will tend to struggle the most, so stay ahead of the game. Best of luck.
