The worst thing you can do here is adapt a woe is me sort of attitude in regards to things. The energy makes you a bit more susceptible to this, but it's something you can fight off. When you have a positive outlook on what's going on around you, you're going to make much quicker connections, which facilitate learning the things you need to pick up.
