The inner nature of the energy is opposition, as the Sun conflicts with Uranus. There will be some content to roll with the status quo, and some who see stagnation as something that's terrible for everyone. You'll notice as the day goes along that people might seem a little bit more ornery and steadfast in their beliefs. This isn't a great time to try and persuade others to do things that they don't want to do.
At the same time, as the Mercury retro cycle winds down and this energy moves towards fazing out, you want to keep an eye on the future, the things you've learned recently and how they're going to impact the future that you want to see. The potential for growth is going to be pretty solid moving ahead, but it relies on us to learn from what we've seen before and applying those lessons to make sure we improve upon the past. How things are structured is important to you and you can be a strong proponent for sticking to established guidelines when they're there. At the same time, your creativity can tend to flow, which in turn might create some temptations to try and bend certain rules if you think you can get away with it. It's that conflict that will tend to weigh on your mind the most here. Above all, you want to avoid doing anything that might make others look at you like a hypocrite, because others will roast you for it if they find out. So practice what you preach.
