So if you're dealing with someone and they start acting out of sorts, there's probably something deeper going on with them.

At the same time, being emotionally available for others can make a big difference. You're going to want to aim to defuse volatile situations and be supportive when others seem like they need it. Being a good friend or acquaintance can build up a lot of rapport with others. This energy isn't going to be as intense as the day moves along, but you can still make your mark on others with the things you do and say. You might get into these situations where you're looking after people and you can issue orders around with a mindset of not rocking the boat too much. Corralling everyone into activities and getting them to work together can be more of a challenge though, since most people are naturally going to want to go their own way.
