There can be more interpersonal strife here than normal, usually when people are unable to fully control their emotions. This is when some people can snap and the inner frustrations that have been building because of problems in a relationship can tend to come out. It can be harder to communicate what you're really thinking to others in a civil manner though this is definitely the right play. A lot of times people can go off on others without ever really letting on they were bothered in the first place.

If others are acting a bit wound up, you'll want to give them a wide berth if you can. It will also help to be understanding - many intances you can run into can be momentary, but powerful, but you don't also want to be forming definitive judgments about others here either. Sometimes people are going through some stuff and don't know how to ask for help, or don't know how to vent and they do things that might create tension and stress in relationships. The flipside is if you're supportive, these can be times where you build relationships instead. It's not easy and might be uncomfortable, but that's where the opportunities right now will tend to lie. Best of luck.

You can tend to be overly critical of others today and it's something you want to try to keep some kind of lid on as best you can. Pointing out problems is one thing, but you'll have a tendency to nitpick and some of your criticisms can end up being on the more personal side of things. Additionally, while you might find an audience for some of the things you have to say, if you're blaming others too much or creating too much of a negative atmosphere, others can start to create distance with you.
