This continues to be a period that can alter the trajectory of where our lives are headed. While we're going to want to keep as much control of where things are headed as possible, that's not always going to be something we're able to do. With this chart, there's a much stronger element of "this is how things are supposed to turn out" going on.

At the same time, there are events that occur and there is how we deal with those events. The events themselves you might not be able to do anything about, but you can always control your response to the things going on around you. This is the key thing with the chart the way it is. If you are happy with current developments, find a way to make them more tolerable or other kinds of workarounds. If your relationships are strained by things going on, work on those relationships, have discussions with others, make the focus on events instead of perceived grudges.

Regardless of what happens, find ways to make the most of it. This energy tends to dump on people who just accept whatever happens, and rewards those who find opportunities in spots that look like there aren't any there. There can be opportunities for your leadership potential to grow but it requires you to step up, take command and ensure a level of stability in the things going on around you. That means you have to be more serious about some things you'd normally be more passive with. You're also going to have to work more on team building as you can often make the false assumption that being loud will make others do what you want. Aggression with others can get you the opposite results of what you're looking for, so find ways to be more inclusive.
