One of the biggest aspects of growth is when you're able to look at yourself honestly, admit you've been doing something wrong and go out and change it. The current energy can inspire quite a few of these "changes of heart", so try to do a little reflecting whenever you get a chance to. You might see some areas where you've been too stubborn in the ways you've gone about things, but if you want to ascend to something greater, you'll need to make some changes.

This can be a good time for relationships with others as well, particularly when you're not trying to be too serious about things. You can get a lot out of simple interactions with others and people will tend to play off of each other better in groups. People aren't going to lay everything out there in the open though; some can tend to be more secretive or guarded with anything with an emotional attachment and some of the information you get from others can have some flaws in it. So for anything important, you want to double check on it for certainty's sake. Overall, it's a pretty good chart today for catching your breath and recalibrating your purpose and direction, so find a new beacon (or consider shifting how you're heading towards the current one) and worry about the particulars later. There are times to relax and unwind, but there are also times where you have to put all of that to the side and take care of the things you're supposed to. This is where you might realize you've let the pendulum swing too far to the side of "taking it easy" and now you can refocus on getting things accomplished. This is especially true in situations where others are looking at you to lead them - if you provide a lackadaisical example, they're going to slack off themselves. Recommitting to essential tasks can jar those around you out of a mindset where they've been mailing it in.
