No razzle-dazzle with this energy as it wants to get right to the "heart of the matter"... To make needed changes that can bring about improvements to the essential areas of life.
It's when quality means more than quantity... So it's great for adding value and/or needed improvements to the things we already have... You may notice others are lookin' or asking for more personal attention and recognition too... Showing genuine appreciation can go a long way and it will not be forgotten too... A good time to step back so others can capture the spotlight.

And if you are goin' to bother putting in the effort, you might as well demand personal excellence in the things you do... The vibe is rather laid-back too...
