A lot of how challenging situations turn out is really down to how we respond to things. Are we understanding? Are we adaptive or willing to learn constructive lessons from what's occurred? On the flipside, are we handling things poorly, blaming others or bringing additional animosity into the whole mix? These are often what really determines our perspective and assessment of what's gone on.

While the energy can tend to give us some pathways today out of challenging situations, it's still on us to handle them in the best ways we can. The energy is going to make people more prone to getting angry about things and that's the type of energy that can snowball. It's impulse (and rarely well thought out), but you can still take the high road. Letting your rage build up here is a decision, and being better than that is a different decision. Which will you choose? Much of how things move forward will depend on that very choice, so think hard about it before acting. Best of luck.

This energy might leave you more prone to giving excuses and trying to avoid taking responsibility for certain things. The big thing is you don't want to dig a hole for yourself, and it's going to start by being more active (especially on the communication end). It's better to have difficult discussions up front (and to report any thing that could be a problem so it can be addressed as early as possible). If you give those around you a chance to prepare, things aren't going to fall back on you, but if you're silent, others might start looking at you for an explanation.
