It's going to be important today to get on the same page with others and make sure that your intentions are very clear. There can be hesitation about starting things, often due to uncertainty with whether others are ready to start as well. If it's something with some urgency, lock until you know that the ball is rolling, and if it isn't pester others until it's go time. Don't make assumptions though, as that might have you redoing things if you miss important information if things weren't ready.

Complicating this can be some mixed messaging too. Others might lean in one direction, only to pivot later on (which can be a pain in many work settings). Expressing what's going to occur once you do something can alleviate that to an extent. There might be a bunch of inching towards a goal (maybe with some herky-jerky stop-starting along the way), but you want to have all your ducks in a row. The carpenter's mentality of measure twice, cut once applies here though. Make sure you have a plan, and only once you're certain of the plan should you go an execute it. That will keep you out of bigger problems later on. Best of luck.

You can be a lot more critical of everything going on around you today, which can be a problem if you're not offering your own solutions to make things better. Figuring those solutions out can take time though and you can tend to be impatient. The big worry though is poorly thought out changes that don't fix anything; they just move pieces around in a different way. While you might want to put some pressure on those around you to do something, you also don't want to be so overbearing that they can't deliver either. So be respectful in your dealings with others to ensure they stay on board.
