There are times where it's important to focus up and pay attention to what you're doing, and this will certainly be one of them. The way the current energy is positioned, you're going to want to avoid being on autopilot as much as you can, because awareness won't be as sharp as it normally is. It's going to take a little more effort to notice little things that make a big impact. You might have to slow down to avoid doing a sloppy job, which can lead to further issues down the road.

This sounds rough on the surface, but it's all very much tied to preparedness for the days ahead. There's a lot of long-term influence in the chart. We're evolving, and part of that evolution is being able to take command of the situations we find ourselves in. That's pretty hard to do if we don't know what the hell is going on in the first place. The present chart might burn us here or there as we figure that all out, but not so severely that it's a major setback. Any bumps in the road here are there so we learn from them, and so we learn how all the pieces around us fit together, especially in any developing situations. Best of luck.

You may have a bit of an experience advantage over others around you in the things you're currently doing, which might create some opportunities to show others the ropes. This can have a benefit of taking some of the pressure off of you to carry the full load in situations where you're the most adept. If others are able to step up, it also frees you up to contribute in other ways too. There might be some growing pains to work through, but those should be manageable and won't set you too far back.
