This week, it seems easy to fall back on political examples to explain the nature of what’s going on in the Big Sky. But this isn’t a political website, it’s an astrology website, so I’ll spare you guys in the weekend scope.

This weekend’s energy focuses on changes of a mental nature. Deep down, every man and every woman have something that they don’t like about themselves. Maybe you’re a little bit overweight. Maybe you don’t have a skill that you think is necessary in today’s world. Maybe you consent to watch a new M. Night Shyamalan movie even though you swore you’d never watch another because they all end up being crap.

Regardless, there’s the physical act of change and the mental act. The physical act: I’m not going to smoke this cigarette. The mental act: I’m making a commitment to stop smoking cigarettes. The physical act is what you notice, but the mental act is the real driving force. It’s where the power and determination comes from. This energy is going to really boost the mental aspects of change. You can become sick of some of your personal faults to the point where you commit to making permanent changes. You might have some experiences this weekend that really drive these points home. In the end, you have to be willing to accept that anything is possible (and not all changes end up becoming good ones). But it’s nice to know that the decisions you make now are ones you won’t feel inclined to “quit” pursuing. Best of luck.
