Valentine's Day is typically the romance holiday, but our energy right now is geared up more along the lines of strong friendships. Existing relationships will improve along those lines (as communication is going to get much stronger), and new friendships can develop (though they could always blossom into something more later on when the energy gets a bit steamier).

Outside of the "love" frame of mind, this is also a time where people are going to feel more comfortable expressing their wants to others, along with the things they are going to try and pursue down the line. Some people might try too hard to prioritize their own wants far beyond those of others here though, so you might notice some people harboring a bossy attitude.
