There's a freeness of mind here that's going to remove some of the filters we use mentally to censor out certain comments we might not usually make. On one hand, people are going to be a lot more truthful, speaking more from their mind and soul and letting people know how they really feel. But on the other hand, letting someone else know how you really feel can be unflattering, or hurt some feelings unintentionally.

There's not a whole lot we can do about the negative aspect to this energy; if it happens to us, we can try to shrug it off, but if we do it someone else, there might be some regret to deal with after the fact. Regardless, the negatives will come out anyways; focus on the positives. You can get a great read on where people are mentally here because they're likely to just blurt out their current conditions. Someone nearby might have a problem that needs to be addressed, but no one has been able to help him thus far because he keeps it bottled up inside. This transit will allow you to consider that person's (or it may even be your own) problem and start looking for ways to fix it.

Look for the truth out there. Much of it will try to stay hidden, but a lot of it will have a tendency to come out through our words and the words of others. Best of luck.
