Mars starts up its new cycle this weekend and this will be a good thing because it's going to balance out a bit of the Venus retro energy going on. The Venus energy can be “me, me, me” as you want to accumulate a lot of things and it'll be harder to share with others when you see how that same thing can make things for you better. But Mars is going to counteract this by building the passion inside when you do things for others. It's not going to be as much about receiving credit as it will be about helping others around you better themselves. At times you might even go overboard in an attempt to be self-sacrificing.

The two sides aren't going to negate each other, but rather they'll take turns trading off. So at times you can act out of sheer greed and selfishness, but others you can do things for others without even asking. It can be next to impossible to predict when you'll choose one way or the other (and that will go for others as well) so don't try to read too much into people's motives. A lot of it will be mood dependent or circumstances dependent (when people have less, they'll tend more to keep for themselves).

Either way, you're personal allotment of “stuff” should be something you're consistently conscious about this weekend and it will affect most of your decisions about what you want to do or what you'll take a pass on. Don't overextend yourself, but don't be a hoarder either. If you have a good sense of what you have (and what you don't) you should be able to maintain a solid balance between the two. Best of luck.

Confrontation is much more likely to result in heated arguments because you can let the emotions get to you and you'll be the one to escalate things. You want to calm any situation with a bit of friction down before you get to that boiling point. Your more supportive emotions are going to be stronger here as well though and you can end up showing quite a bit of affection to the people around you (even if it makes them feel a bit uncomfortable).
