Action is going to drive the day, which means people might attempt things just for the sake of seeing if they work or not. There will be a lot of trial and error here, though people can be sharp mentally (leading to less error). The big thing is movement. People are going to need to see that progress is being pursued (whether the efforts are paying off or not).

What's generally happening to everyone is we're all seeing the areas of life that are getting stagnant and not improving. With Uranus involved, there's the possibility for revolution (more likely our own little personal revolutions where we throw out systems in our lives that no longer work for us). Try to use this energy to kick-start some personal efforts, especially if you've been lacking in motivation lately.

From a relationship standpoint, people will be more outspoken about things (and each other). You won't be able to hide glaring faults if they're holding other people back. So be prepared to deal with these issues, and if they do surface, be ready to admit you are in the wrong (because people won't throw accusations at you unless they are assured you're actually the one behind them).

Lastly, remember the Universe works in mysterious ways and this will certainly be one of them. Here, progress can be made almost by accident; you were trying to do one thing and in the process you discovered something even better (just think of how Viagra came to be; it was just supposed to be a drug for high blood pressure). Tinker, and you just might be rewarded. Best of luck.
