Some people out there today are going to be “downers”. They can focus on all of the bad things going on in their lives, and they'll be the first to bring up the negative things in your life. It's almost as though if they can't be happy, they don't want you to be either. But happiness is often a mere matter of perspective. It's about caring more about the things going well in your life than the things that aren't going so well. Nobody has everything working for them all at once. Yet some find joy in the day to day while some mull around in their respective funks.

This energy will make it easy to get down on yourself or to let others bring you down, or worse yet, drive you to bring others down. Keep the spirits high. Look for things to appreciate. If you're riding a string of bad luck, look for small victories to try and turn the tide. The universe isn't going to give you a lot of help today in finding the opportunities for happiness hiding out there, but that doesn't mean you won't be able to find them if you look hard enough. The desire to finish things efficiently might lead you to take some shortcuts that might stretch the bounds of allowable behavior. Loyalty can also suffer in a sense as well. You'll be far more likely to air any grievances you have against others and those close to you might wonder what business you have grumbling about them. Without even knowing it, animosity can creep into your speech and you can really rip people you care about. Find something cathartic to do to get rid of any excess anger you've got building up. Tired people don't have the energy to be angry.
