As we head into the weekend, there's a Mars-Saturn aspect that will be gaining power (so the effects might be smaller Friday, but by the time Sunday rolls around, this energy will be in full force). Mars and Saturn can be a difficult bunch to handle, so you need to be on your toes this weekend. People are going to place a premium on doing the things they want to do, which can lead to them half-assing their way through their responsibilities. But Saturn isn't going to take that. If you do a crappy job once, you'll get stuck doing it over again, further delaying you from doing the things you really want to do.

In addition to this, because we'll be in such a rush, there can be tasks that we'll face here that are dependent on other people contributing before we can resume our duties. For instance, say you work at a store and you can't close the store and go home until Johnny finishes mopping the floor. You can bet this weekend that Johnny will never mop more slowly in his life. This can build a lot of frustration up as you're powerless to do anything but wait. It's important that you don't let this frustration carry over to other elements of life though. You need to separate it out, or else you'll stay irritated all weekend.

In and of itself, this is a tough transit, where people can neglect stuff they really must do (or they might overwork themselves to the point of physical exhaustion). But you combine it with the grander astrological landscape, where people are questioning the greater purpose of their actions, and it just seems like piling on. The best you can do is take care of business. Even if you aren't sure what the point is in going to work every day, or if you aren't sure whether the payoff is worth what you put in, there's still something worthwhile about doing a good job. Even if you put in a hellish day at work, if you did a good job, you can wipe your brow, relieved that you put forth a solid effort and that it's over until the next day. Don't lose the value in that. Best of luck.

This is a time to be wary in your business partnerships, because partners won't exactly be forthcoming with you. In addition, some of their actions (intentional or not) can potentially cost you money, power or cool points with people you were trying to schmooze. It's a time where you need to handle things individually as often as you can. The other thing to remember is that when you are part of a team, you take the good with the bad. If a teammate makes a bad play, you have to take on some of the responsibility for it as well.
