It could be a number of these things, it will probably differ for everybody.

These emotional remembrances can end up being a major part of the rest of the week if you don’t keep your self preoccupied. Perhaps the stronger they are hitting you, the more important the message the spirit is trying to get across to you. So open your heart and your mind and try to find the answers you seek. No one is put through troubling situations for no reason, so try to grow as much as you can because of this.
