I've been writing scopes for quite a while now, years and years, but this chart might be the craziest that I've seen. Venus, Saturn, Uranus, Jupiter and Pluto in the Grand Cross formation, Sun hooking up with Saturn, Mercury hitting Pluto, Neptune and Chiron hitting Venus, dogs and cats living together, mass hysteria. Major stuff. And that's where it gets tricky.

You see, I look at this chart and I keep waiting for some big event to come along, something that seems to match the intensity of the planetary alignment, but then I forget that the Universe almost always operates in manners that none of us expect (because what fun is predictability). So the magic here is probably going to come through subtlety (at least in our individual lives).

People are going to battle with their personal wants and desires here, as Venus seems to be in the most precarious position. But there's a larger sense of confusion, partially because of its connection with Neptune (which can fill us with pleasant dreamscapes) but also because of its position within the Grand Cross (which will hit us with a reality that fails to match our dreams, imagination and wishes). There's so many disconnects and dichotomies between mind and emotion, and thought and reality (realistically afflicting most areas of life) that it makes it extremely tough to rationalize where things are going. Awesome opportunities might seem jaded. The things we desire most might be leading us astray. It's hard to know what to pursue and what to avoid.

There's so much unpredictability in the chart that you can almost begin to expect it. Be ready for anything, and be ready to try anything. Right now, in the cosmic landscape, we're all lost in the tornado (like Dorothy on the way to Oz). Nothing is particularly rooted as such, so you don't have much to lose if something backfires. Keep a very present-minded mentality and see where things go. When the whirlwind lets up, it'll toss around in a way no one really planned anyways, and we can pick it up from there. It's no use trying to control anything in a state like this. Best of luck.

The Daily Horoscope for Gemini

There's a transition from thinking about what you feel you deserve to what you feel you can get. Things become much more tangible as you will take a more serious look at what you are capable of obtaining. You're coming from a mentality where you've believed in yourself so much that you thought you could achieve success regardless of the conditions you're in. Now, a more mature assessment of your situations will show you that in some of them, you just don't have the necessary components for the success you're looking for. All this means is that over the next couple of days, you'll have to decide whether to abandon certain dreams, or to shift out of your current settings to find ones that make achieving success easier.
