Right now we're all feeling like army soldiers ready to charge the battlefield. For years we've been hearing about war with "the enemy." Yet, we have no idea who the enemy is. We don't who we're fighting, what we're fighting for, or even where to aim the canons. This is what the chart is like today. We have tons of fire in our bellies, but we have no clue as to where the General is. (Perhaps he's out back takin' a much deserved siesta.)

Weirdly enough, we're becoming more moralistic in thought. We're stickin' by our standards. Of all the days to try and bend the rules, today's not the day. We want justice, order, and we're even willing to do a little more judging*. (*grin*)

We all feel it. And it's safe to say, we're all anxious because of it. We're seeing the effects in our government, which some may argue, have stopped doing what they were set up to do--protect and serve. Instead, the relationship between the government and the people resembles the relationship between a parasite and a host. We all are ready to snap and we want to make a change. But we can't make a change, if the people are divided.

So what should you do? Work on what you can. Build those relationships with your fellow brethren, your neighbors, your roommate, your colleagues, and peers. Drop the blue/red democratic/republic b.s. That's what holds us back. We need to rely on each other. We’ll need to work together to win those same battles right in your own local government. Make a change for the better. It's the little accomplishments that eventually turn into big accomplishments. And that's when *REAL CHANGE* happens. You'll see...

* One of my favorite talk show hosts, Adam Carolla>, has a podcast which I listen to off and on. My favorite line of his is, "We need to do a little more judging. In our society, we don't judge enough." Boy is that the understatement of the century. And then of course, after that statement it's followed by a laundry list of issues our country turns a blind eye to.

This is a joyous time for you--a time to relax and take it all in. In the interim, start to envision the work that needs to get done in order to get you ahead. Start using that imagination of yours and build your dreams brick by brick in your mind. It's easy to make a mistake in your head and repair it. It's not so easy in real life. So keep heading back to the drawing board in your head until you feel you have a solid blueprint. And then be ready to act when the time comes to start construction.
