The power of this weekend's energy lies within the mind. Mercury, Neptune, Jupiter and Uranus are all active, and these tend to be the most mental of the planets. Mercury and Neptune's connection can cause you to analyze things with a sense of powerlessness. It represents a degradation of hope and a search for ways to justify things (even if it's just in your mind) that haven't gone your way. It can often pull your focus to more negative aspects of the energy as well, in addition to tainting some of the information you receive from others.

The Mercury connections with Jupiter and Uranus can negate this to an extent. The Jupiter side of things will restore a little of the trust you have in others, even when they mislead you a bit. It will make it easier for you to achieve depth in the things you research, while also opening you up to new possibilities.

The Uranus side of things takes it a step further. The things you fight for on a day to day basis can rise to the forefront and there will be no mistaking what your aims are. Others can either deal with it or get out of the way. For all of the thinking you can do about your actions and how they've turned out or will turn out, Uranus can reemphasize to you that it doesn't matter so much what others think. Your personal agenda can trump what others want to see you do.

It's pretty complicated and you'll see flashes of each of these connections throughout the weekend. Just keep in mind that if you get into a funk (which will be brought about by your own thoughts), it's probably not going to last too long before something comes along to reorient you on the right path once again. And if things are rolling along nicely, you need to know that you aren't always going to respond to adversity in the best ways, which might knock you down a peg or two. It's balanced in that way, so find ways to ride the highs and minimize the lows. If you can do that, you'll be in great shape. Best of luck.
