On an individual level, this energy can tend to hit us pretty hard. Internally we can face some ongoing dilemmas that might center around personal traits we know that we need to change, or things we need to begin doing, only we don't because of fear, laziness, the comfort involved, etc. This is attributed to the Sun and Saturn (and it began last week with Mars and Saturn), so you're probably well aware of where this energy is hitting you at the moment. If something seems hard, it's probably worth doing. Steer yourself towards the challenges out there, take them on, and this energy will harden you and sharpen your skills. Or else you could ignore such things and let the worries fester in your mind (but option A seems a lot better).

While that might lead to some tough or unpleasant circumstances, we are getting a boost from the new Venus cycle this weekend, which is going to increase our sociability a great deal. It will be easy to make surface level connections with others (though achieving depth in these connections will be more difficult). It's going to be a great time for networking and letting different people know what you're all about. The overall mood can stay kind of light, which makes encounters with others a great escape from more oppressive personal problems. Others probably aren't going to be able to provide you with any answers you need for solving the personal issues (those will have to come from within), but they can be supportive nonetheless.

It's a tale of two energies this weekend. Find balance so that you don't get overwhelmed by the challenges, but at the same time, you also need to take on some of the challenges rather than running away. Let your inner spirit and will rise to the forefront. Best of luck.
