Daily Horoscope for Gemini Summary

A ton of stuff is happening in the chart today, which can mean a little more activity in different areas of life. Mercury is starting its Aquarius phase, which is going to increase the extent to which we'll think about others and improving the world around us. This is also going to warm up some areas of conversation (making us more social), but all increased sociability isn't good sociability. There can be an added sense of urgency regarding our wants and ideals, one that perhaps isn't always necessary, and it's this that can at times negatively impact our dealings with others. So downplay the "now" factor you might be experiencing in your mind.

This isn't made any easier by the Sun and Mars hanging out together, as this aspect will have people wanting to take care of things right away. Still, this can also serve to get people up off the couch and out doing what they need to do in order to progress.

And then we've also got Venus on the fated degree of Sagittarius. Interactions are going to pack more punch and there can be an increase in "touching base" with others. It will be important to us to know those around us are doing okay, even if we can't quite manage the time to hang out for prolonged periods.

All of this can make for some hectic action, except with Saturn retro, there's going to be that lingering sense within everybody that sitting around and doing nothing at all is the best idea (which sounds even more tempting with the winter storms swirling).

Breaking it all down, there can be increased contact with others, which can occasionally run into more passionate territory whenever there's a clash of wants. The baseline desire can be to veg out, but when we do work, it will tend to be in intense, brief spurts (like bringing all of the groceries into the house in one trip). It's going to be a day where we can be productive if we want to be, and where we can let things lag as well. That choice is up to you. Best of luck.

As the day moves along, you're going to find yourself thinking less about the voids in your life and more about accumulation and expansion. Throughout the new Mercury cycle, you're going to have a more pronounced role as a mentor for those around you who don't know the things that you do. In many cases, it's going to boil down to bringing others up to speed with what's going on. With more people able to handle the things that you (and maybe a few others) have to do, you can begin to diversify your to do list a bit more, in addition to having back-up if an emergency arises.
