Every now and again I think about the things I'd like to do. It's not a long list, but there are some experiences that seem interesting to me. Why don't I just go ahead and do them? That's a pretty valid question, I think.

Likewise, you've probably got some stuff on the to do list, bucket list, whatever you want to call it, that you haven't gotten around to do yet. And today I ask you, why not? This is the crux of the energy. It's about allowing yourself to do the fun things you've always wanted to do, and to set yourself up in situations that make it easy to do them.

More often than not, you can come up with reasons. “I don't want to travel because of work, or because of the kids, or because of...” Sometimes these things are good reasons. But other times you can almost hide behind them, because secretly it's better to wish for such things, than to go through the trouble of actually doing them.

Today's energy will mobilize you, get you moving and prepare you to take on the future. For a few people out there, this will mean setting up a ton of work to get done, and they'll enjoy it. But a lot of others who won't enjoy it will follow the same path. It doesn't have to be this way. Start some good habits, and one of them should be to make sure you're making the most of the time you have. The actions you start now will have a lot of longevity behind them, so make sure they're ones you want to continue doing for the long run. Best of luck.
