Today's energy can be very egocentric. On one hand, we can fall into the trap of thinking that the world revolves around us. On the other, we only get to look at the world through one set of eyes, so you can't really blame us. We see the impacts that we create, the way others adjust to things we do, the way we adjust to what others do. No matter what happens, wherever, we're part of the story, even if it's only our reacting to a story happening in another country or offering an opinion on how people we don't know should live their lives.

With Neptune involved, expect exaggeration. It's not so much about “lying” as it is this need to make things seem more special, more important. Remember it's not about the “you-niverse” as it is the “me-niverse”. Anything that makes us seem better individually is the goal. So certain elements of truth can get fudged along the way.

Lastly, since there are ups and downs to the current set-up, remember the harder someone tries to assert themselves, the less confident they probably are inside. This is a transit of overcompensation, and a lot of people are trying to disprove things they feel (but don't like) about themselves. You might be doing this personally, or you might notice others doing it. Either way, these are the instances you should be most worried about, because people can resort to some unpredictable and sometimes drastic actions. Give people a wide berth when you can't read what they're going to do next, and if you're that person, find ways to reaffirm yourself, and certainly slow things down. A little bit of thought and patience makes this energy go by much more smoothly. Best of luck.

Much like a chessmaster moves his pieces into the optimum positions, you can set up people up in specific ways that allows you to utilize them in your best interests. Knowing this, it's easy to get a little cocky and to get overly bossy. The more domineering you become, the more you'll tend to lose people though. Keep them working hard with incentives, and don't push too hard. The moment they realize the rewards don't match the effort, you're on your own.
